I had an appointment with Dr. Gold in April. I drive from Shrewsbury which is 30 miles from office but drving takes much longer due to heavy traffic and construction on MA Pike. I called and let them know that I am running late. I was late by 15 Minutes and the front office said I cannot be seen and to reschedule. The front office was not nice, rude and confrontational.

After waiting for 45 minutes I figured I'd ask how much longer I will have to wait. I got the rudest response hinting that it is outrageous to expect that I will be seen around the time of my appointment!!! These people don't want your business, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
