Highly recommended. Optical staff are knowledgeable, professional, honest and personable. Owner, Neli Costa is also an RDO who is happy to assist with starting evaluative and diagnostic process.
Facility is immaculate, plenty of parking.
Vast selection of frames with delivery in a timely manner.

Sad that after 20+ years, you get dropped because your insurance takes too long to reimburse. Your options are to pay in full and submit the claim yourself or find another provider.
Then you ask them to send a picture of your last eye exam prescription for a new provider and days later it's still not sent.....still waiting!
Our entire family were loyal customers for years, but I guess that doesnt matter much to your "small business".

I needed a routine eye care visit. When I called for an appointment as a new patient, I was told that they had a long wait list, but they would find a spot for me and to give them a few days to do this. I received a call-back, like they promised and was able to get me in within just a couple weeks. Upon arriving for my appointment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist who took my insurance details spent time while I was in with the Dr. to advise me that I have a eye glass benefit and could get a pair of glasses for free! Nice!! The Dr. was efficient and I was in and out quickly. My whole time there was less than an hour, and that includes ordering my new (free) glasses. I would highly recommend them for routine eye care.
