Went for a simple fix, dude ruined my glasses to the point of not being usable. Told me he would replace the lenses. I waited a month lenses never came. I sent someone to pick up my glasses and they were told he couldn't do them until he had money! He had money to put frosted glass on his windows and door so he wouldn't have to look at me or my students, since we occupy the same building. You would think you would want to play nice with your neighbors or deal with a bad review!! Frosted glass isn't going to solve anything especially when you say you didn't fix my glasses for no money! Should have never offered to rectify YOUR mistake!!! Should have NEVER dawned on your doorstep!! A simple fix turned out to make my $850 glasses now unusable. Beware he doesn't know what he is doing!!!!

I had an antique pair of glasses he was able to repair the nose pad arm in 20 minyi have never been so greatful he could of taken a week to do it but to tell me 20 minutes was crazy. The most insane part was he repaired not just the one that was broken but both to match. Not to mention the price was respectable I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you Neuman

I am a student in Boston. The nose support on my glasses broke at a tricky spot I wasn't sure it can be fixed. I went to the glasses stores in Boston and they recommended me to mail-in my glasses to Neuman for repair. I decided to take a 1-day trip to Pawtucket and Dan fixed my glasses in 30 min! The price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommend. There is a public library just 5 min away. I read a nice book while I waited with my spare glasses.

Man is definitely a magician ! I accidentally broke both sides of my glasses frame, and I just simply find some tapes and superglue to stick it together. However since I have myopia and astigmatism, I'm trying to visit almost all glasses shops in Providence in the past few weeks, because that really influenced my life a lot. However, almost all of them said they can do nothing, as I got my glasses from another country and they don't have a frame with the same size. Thanks to Neuman, he just simply find a frame which can exactly put my lenses in, even not cut my lenses. Everything was smooth and only took me about 5 mins, and the price is also pretty reasonable! Really saved my life, my eyes feel much better now! Definitely an outstanding place and extraordinary experience!!!

My mother's eye-glasses are broken into half and I called several eye-glasses repair shops near Massachusetts. Some asked for a picture and after seeing, told me it is impossible to repair, most of them were only repairing their own brands only. While I was desperately searching for a place, I saw the google comments for this shop! I can't speak highly enough how I am appreciating those reviews! The eye-glasses were done as brand new in 15 minutes! Definitely recommending!

They replaced my lenses in my no-name glasses in one hour for only $50. They even tightened them up and gave me a free eyeglass cleaning kit upon pick up. So very amazed and pleased with the service! Will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you again!
