Our whole family was well overdue for our eye exams and new glasses!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!! It was absolutely the easiest experience in the healthcare world that we have had in a very long time!! Judy, Jojo, Erica and Dr Gill were A+ Amazing!!!!

I had a very positive experience during my first exam/imaging visit and glasses purchase and would highly recommend the North Andover My Eye Dr. location! Judy, Dr. Gill, and Erica were all so friendly, welcoming, thorough, and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated that they provided me with different options that would work best for my budget and lifestyle. They also took my insurance which was huge because most other local eye doctors do not. Judy was incredibly helpful while I was picking out frames, and she went out of her way to make sure we found ones that suited me and were affordable. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. This awesome team of people will take great care of you!

Judy, Carrie, Erica, and Dr. Gill were amazing and made me feel welcome. They were top notch professionals and took care of me efficiently. I am certainly coming back and recommending them. They explained the costs and insurance coverage information perfectly with a printed receipt. Anyone who complains about lack of understanding on this issue was not paying attention. All the details are here on paper and verbally explained. An excellent team.

My first visit with Dr. Gill was outstanding from start to finish! Dr. Gill performed a thorough eye exam, explaining every step and answering all my questions with clarity and care. The entire staff, especially Erica, JoJo, and Judy, made the experience seamless; they were welcoming and incredibly organized. The office's peaceful, inviting ambiance immediately puts you at ease.The entire experience showcased excellence and compassion, thanks to both the clean, inviting environment and the dedicated team.

So I had 300.insurance. the exam and Dr Gill was excellent. Paying for the glasses was disaster. Started off at 800 dollars for one pair. Got her down to 500, and then got a stripped down model for 250. Don't know if they used my insurance or not. More complicated than buying a car. I would go for the exam and Dr Gill again, but would never buy glasses there again. My friend went to for eyes and got a pair with everything for 100.

I went into My Eye Dr in North Andover as a new patient with a medical issue. Dr. Veenu Gill was patient, listened well and had great bedside manner. The exam I received was thorough and I couldn't be any happier with the amount of care I received. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Gill and I highly recommend her and her team at My Eye Dr in North Andover.

Staff were all friendly and helpful they guide me through every step of the way and Jojo helped me get the right choice of glasses explained all the expenses and how I was able to save up a lot! Dr. Veenu Gill was so nice and very self explanatory with so much patience. I definitely recommend this place!!

This was our first time at this location. The staff was friendly and attentive, and Dr. Gill was very detailed in her exam as well as personable. Great eyewear selection. I'm so glad we came here!
