Eye exam was normal. My experience in buying eyeglasses was a disaster. The left lens of my new eyeglasses kept popping out. I have made repeated visits to correct the problem. The staff was unresponsive and kept telling me that maybe I needed to buy another set of glasses. Cheap defective eyeglasses at high prices. Stay away

Visited Parrelli Optical for the first time in search of pickleball glasses. I was very impressed with their supply of PB glasses, but more importantly the fantastic service they provided to me! Highly recommend this optical shop!

If you need help picking out new frames, Martha Law at Parrelli Optical is the best! She'll give you multiple recommendations, an honest opinion, and great service. She'll spend lots of time helping you find the pair that looks best for your face, and won't push you to get something you may not like. Parrelli has a great assortment of high-end frames and turnaround time is fast. I buy glasses there every year!

I have been to Parelli Optical on many occasions and I have always found the staff to be welcoming, courteous, and professional. On my last visit, Martha, Linda, Matthew and Liz we're all great! A special shout to Martha who tolerated my indecision regarding changing from my traditional round frames to a larger rectangular frame. She spent time researching in between visits the type of frame and color that she thought I might like and benefit from. And, not to my surprise, she was right. Now I have larger frames which don't smudge as much and give me a much better field of vision and because they are transitions they get very dark in the sun, which I love. Thank you again to all the staff. I highly recommend Parelli optical in North Andover!

I just wanted to take a moment to quickly mention why this store is so highly rated, I've never been to this store before: I called saying my glasses are broken, the Man who greeted me was the person I spoke with on the phone, both sides of the glasses, including one of the hinges, were completely off of the frame and, in so many words, "busted", the gentleman took one look at the frame, said, "Mm, ok.", and went out back. Ten minutes [at most!] later, he comes back out, says, "All set.", hands me my fixed glasses, and now I'm wearing my glasses while writing this. I thanked him and then asked him how much I owed him for the repair: "No charge." So, I could not in good conscience leave this parking lot without first writing a review about this company. How could I, or any customer, possibly receive better service than that. Outstanding work, incredibly kind and friendly, and quick! Do yourself a huge, huge favor: Book your appointments here, and shop here. These are the companies we need to patronize. Their customers come first. If I could have given more than five stars to Parrelli Optical I would have. Thank you.

There is no one better than Martha at Parrelli Optical in North Andover for fitting frames and getting lenses perfectly right! I have tri-focal glasses and have never had one problem with transitioning between the different zones on the lenses. Martha's years of experience, expertise, and incredible warmth make getting glasses a real pleasure!! And, that's not all.... Everyone at this location is incredibly nice whether it's whoever greets you when you come in to the magician/technicians who take your mangled glasses that you sat on into the back and bring them out like new!!! Dr. Metsch is also phenomenal if you are looking for a "one stop" optometrist and buying glasses experience. Could not recommend more highly!
