I really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Richard because she was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She didn't just recommend a different contact lens brand and solution - she also explained why the ones she recommended were better than the ones I had been using and showed me some of the equipment she used. Their office hours are not standard, but they start so early that it's possible to go there in the morning and still get to work on time. Everyone else I interacted with in the office was very helpful and friendly as well.

I couldn't be happier with how my experience went at Dr. Richard's office. I am generally very reluctant to go to the doctor's office, however, once I arrived I felt instantly at ease. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel like one of the family. Once in the examination room, I was made aware of the tests they were going to do as well as what each one measured. They are very knowledgeable and have unbelieveable equipment. Dr. Richard spent a great deal of time explaining the results to me. At no point in time was I pressured to buy contacts or glasses from their office. My experience was incredible. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Richard is wonderful! I've been seeing her for years and she is the only doctor who took the time to find the correct contact lenses and prescriptions strength for me. Before her, I wasn't able to wear contacts because they always hurt my eyes. She's very caring and extremely knowledgeable. The best doctor I have!

Dr. Richard is WONDERFUL! Have been seeing her for many years....I trust her to always have my best interest at heat. VERY high tec office allows her to do a thorough exam!

Dr. Patti is absolutely amazing! She's extremely thorough with her exams and takes the time to explain everything she is doing. She truly cares for her patients and their needs - something I've never experienced with any other eye doctor. Her staff is just as outstanding as well. I truly wouldn't recommend anyone other than her!!

I would less give less than 1 star if it was an option! I typically only write reviews online when my experience has been notable. In this case, I had a horrible experience. Dr. Richard may be a great doctor when dealing with older children and adults but she was TERRIBLE with my 5 year old. She sat between me and my son while examining him so observing was difficult. At one point Dr. Richard told him not to touch the armrest of the exam chair he was sitting in "because it was just reupholstered." Maybe she was having an off day, but the way she questioned me regarding reasons for taking my son in for an exam and family history were condescending and rude. In the 15 minutes she spent with my son, she commented that he had attention issues - a problem never suggested by any of his teachers or pediatrician. I have four children and have never had such an awful experience with a doctor. Save yourself some aggravation and take your child to an eye doctor who actually likes working with children and their parents.

Very friendly service! Dr. Richard worked hard to make my 4 years old comfortable in receiving care. The staff is friendly and work hard to put you at ease and is knowledgeable of insurance benefits. I will definitely continue to see them again with my family!

Great first time visit. The entire staff works as a team, taking care of all your vision problems from A to Z. Neded 2 pairs today because driving at night has become an issue. That's new for me as I,ve gotten a little older. Not a problem much longer. I was very happy with the level of service and the staff overall. Please don't hesitate giving them a try!
