I received the most comprehensive eye exam of my life with Dr. Praseuth. She identified some problems, gave recommendations for products to use as well as samples, and performed a peripheral vision test to allay a concern of mine. She even offered to give her notes to my ophthalmologist for a likely procedure I will need in the future. She is friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Praseuth for an eye exam.

It is much easier to get an appointment here than at any of the other optical shops in the area. (2 weeks out vs months). The optometrist at this location is very professional, kind, and thorough. The salesman in the optical shop is also a very nice guy and good at his job. Both of them are great to work with. I've bought glasses here a few times and don't plan on going anywhere else.

Sandy helped me as she has many times before. I purchased the 12 month warranty for my glasses and the lens was scratched so she took the time to file the claim. She has a wonderful disposition and is very efficient! Love getting my glasses from BJs and Sandy specifically

Freddie Pacheco was crazy helpful. He helped me choose a frame I never would have picked and they were amazing. I bought them and sunglasses as well. What an asset he is to BJ's in Northborough. I would highly recommend BJ's for anyone who needs glasses.

Dr. Praseuth is an excellent optometrist. I have been seeing her every 2 years for my exam for >10 years. Thorough, good explanations, great prescriptions. Highly recommend.

I felt very heard by the optometrist, and the staff is all around very friendly and helpful. I've been wearing contacts/glasses nearly all my life, and the optometrist was the first to really take the time and put in an effort to make sure she was prescribing me the right prescription. Very satisfied with my experience!

I had a new prescription & opted for BJ's Optical. When I went I found several great frames . I really appreciated being told I did not need to pay extra for thin progressive lenses as my prescription wasn't thick.

I just bought (April 1st) a pair of prescription sunglasses from BJ's Optical Northboro from Sandy. Last year (March 2022) I bought a pair of prescription glasses from Freddie. Both experiences were excellent from every aspect. Both people are outstanding professionals in their field. After a friendly welcome they show you the frames and give you free rein to try as many as you like. The selection is stylish and good and the prices are marked right on the frame. There's no pressure to buy anything. They help I you if you need it including making a recommendation if you can't decide (like me). You can photograph the frames and decide later or purchase. All the prices are right there on the counter so everything is very transparent which I like. Both Sandy and Freddie are easy to talk to and helpful. They know you are making a big purchase. But if you shop around you'll find these to be priced very reasonably. Each of my glasses came to around $420 with progressive lenses and all the extras. Its hard to justify spending $900 or more at Lenscrafters. I would recommend them highly and will continue to go to them.
