This office is amazing!!!!! I have been to many different eye doctors due to moving and this one is my favorite! I travel an hour to come to my appointments. Everyone is so nice! I would recommend to anyone who needs eye care to come here! Thank you for such extraordinary care and service!

I can't quite wrap my head around what the deal with this place is. I went to them for the first time on 2024. To be honest, my first experience wasn't pleasant. The staff I interacted with that day just had an attitude. I couldn't remember the brand of my contact lenses and that seemed to be too frustrating for the tech to handle. As soon as the Dr came in, she showed me a couple of photos which helped me immediately identify the brand. Apparently, that was too much work for the tech. To top it off, after my appointment, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check out which was annoying to say the least. I figured it was just an off day for them and went on with my day never mentioning my frustration. Fast forward to this year, I called recently to schedule an appointment as my contacts are just not comfortable. I don't always see the eye Dr on a yearly basis as I normally have no need to. Upon my request, They scheduled me for yesterday. I called this morning, as I realized I had put it in my calendar for today and missed my appointment. I called right away first thing this morning to apologize at which point I was told I was flagged as not being able to go back as I had missed another appointment in September. When I told the receptionist that was not the case as I did not make any appointment for September nor was I reminded of one, I was told that's just what it says in the system. I don't understand why I would randomly call to schedule an appointment and not be told that I had supposedly missed one just weeks before? Needless to say, they won't schedule me again which is ok because I am seeing this as a sign that my gut was right and that this is not the place for me. Customer service doesn't exist here. Please read all the reviews as this is not a unique experience to me. Give your business to those who would welcome it. We have enough discourse in the world to tolerate poor treatment from those we are paying for a service. To be clear, I missed yesterday's appointment and took responsibility for it. I would have even understood if they had a surcharge/ fee for that. This practice seems to have some kind of a superiority complex and lacks any kind of understanding/compassion for their patients. They will undoubtedly have their excuse but like I said, other reviews will validate my experience.

gave me the wrong prescription twice. very nice ppl but i'm pretty sure the second pair of glasses i received were the same prescription as the first and they didn't didn't change it even though i went in for a second eye exam. because the second pair felt the exact same as the first. never had an experience like that before, never even had to report my glasses being too strong. very weird experience and unfortunately will not be returning.

The staff is so amazing! Every single person I came in contact with from the receptionists, the opticians, and the doctors were all extremely friendly and kind! Overall such an amazing place and would recommend to anyone!

Dr Kelly and Velazquez are amazing! I had a Floater in my eye . Dr Kelly found an issue with my right eye sent me to New England retina specialist. Had surgery fixed my eye. Then I had a cataract a year later. Just had surgery with Dr. Velazquez. I'm on my second day I can see so clearly out of my eye. It's life changing . Thank you very much!

Kelly N. Pouliot, O.D is amazing! She is so nice and explains everything well. I had been experiencing very bad dry eyes and it was making me lose my mind. She figured out I needed a special kind of drops. I feel so much better now! Thank you!!!

Mass Health accepted. Convenient locations. Highly recommended for all ages. Offers prescriptions for both contact lenses & eyeglasses. Clean, comfortable office in a relaxed atmosphere. I found my enter experience from being greeted and checked, in to the exam, and trying on glasses to be friendly, professional and fair. Dr Poilliot just made you feel comfortable, was very informative and just seemed like a very caring and genuine person. 5 stars well earned!!!
