Great eye center. Friendly staff, bent over backwards to work within insurance budget. I got a gorgeous set of glasses with snap on sunshades. My husband got 2 pair for the price he usually pays for 1. The Drs are up to date with the latest eye procedures. Take care of your vision and go to a local reliable independent facility.

Inadequate billing practices, unsure as to who is billing you, Quabbin Valley or the individual practitioner. Does this facility contract optometrists? Billing codes were incorrectly used causing confusion. With Insurance company. The Overall experience was basic. I felt like there was more interest in how they were getting paid and what insurance they could use versus my actual eye health. I.wont be returning here again.

My gratitude Sally Tammy and Rebecca for your warmth of care you all extended to me today. Looking forward to the fun eyewear and of course, seeing with more clarity.

I found the staff to be warm, friendly, timely, and attentive. The practice itself is inviting and Rebecca's knowledge and precision is second to none. I will be returning and recommending to family and friends. 5 stars!!!

Went for my first eye check up in years and this eye care is fantastic. When you walk in it's very welcoming clean and well layed out. Once I can switch my daughters here from a specialist this will be the place!

What sets Quabbin Valley Eye Care apart from any other optometrist I've been to is the owner, Rebecca. This woman is not only knowledgeable and professional she is also the absolute sweetest; but first and foremost nobody has ever explained my eyes to me the way that she does (because the people doing the eye exams don't typically have enough time) While speaking about my preferences in the glasses, she welcomed questions, not only answering my questions in ways I could understand but also drawing pictures and explaining exactly what my lenses were attempting to correct and exactly how my two eyes were slightly different After about 2 months since I've gotten my last prescription I went in today and spoke to Rebecca about feeling as though my prescription wasn't quite enough. She gladly remeasured my eyes and redid a quick test, letting me know that my optometrist didn't want to change my eyes to much (because it could throw you off balance) but that it is perfectly normal for eyes to sometimes get adjusted to a new pair of glasses but then want just a little more, which I wouldn't have found out if Rebecca didn't make me feel so comfortable and welcomed upon my first appointment here. Don't take my word for it, please go experience this optometry office for yourself.
