The purpose of this visit was to address my mother's eye condition. Instead, Dr. Ramsey repeatedly criticized my mother's weight--comments that were unrelated to her diagnosis, inappropriate, and deeply upsetting. No meaningful care, guidance, or treatment regarding her macular degeneration was provided during this visit. I do not recommend and she will not be returning.
