Horrible horrible system they use in scheduling. This office has rescheduled or BUMPED OUT my appointment without my knowledge 3x since February. I drive 40 minutes to get there this morning and guess what... they did it again! I'm beyond infuriated. No record of my appointment for today, it's next month... that's what they tried 4 months ago! Then I got a text on a Saturday saying it was rescheduled. That date didn't work for me so I called and rescheduled for today and this happens. I'm Done. Too bad the office sucks, because the doctors and techs are pretty decent. But for jerking me around, I'll never ever go back!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Ann Kent-Gasiorowski. Although I had to wait 3 months for an appointment, I felt I was listened to, my concerns addressed and I left confident that my questions were answered. I had the best experience, thank you very much!

Not sure if their phone system works because I have been calling all week to arrange an appointment and all week no answer. I have called numerous of times. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not sure how else to contact them unless I go in person and that's inconvenient. They need to do better with answering calls because what are the phone numbers for?
