I don't like their policies. They sent me a message to confirm my appointment which is normal. But then I get a lecture in the same message about unconfirmed appointments won't be guarenteed and the next paragraph said if I don't show it 40 dollars. Not to mention the 2 or 3 calls I got. To confirm. I did show up for my appointment on time and who could have guessed someone was already seeing the doctor and I had to wait. Been going there for a couple years and buying good quality glasses. A simple text to confirm hit c would have been sufficient all the other stuff is additude that I don't appreciate.

Probably one of the best experiences I've had the doctor was super nice she was actually around my age which was really nice because sometimes people were older than me tend to forget my feelings she didn't just assume I couldn't afford something she asked which was really nice I got a really nice pair of glasses the reception was pretty much all women which I really liked I felt really comfortable there and they were all really sweet even putting up with literally my obsessive annoying questions. And they're very accommodating towards people on the spectrum.

For a no hassle, very professional, and kind experience go here! The ladies at this location excel in professionalism and kindness. They take care of the patients that come in with a manner that is far from common. I was able to find some frames with a little guidance. The exam was quick and effortless. My recommendation is to pay for the retinal imaging. For $39 you don't have to be dilated and you get to drive and enjoy the next few hours rather than be stuck in sunglasses unable to see straight. I have never had such a good experience in eye care. Pearle in Peabody is the place to go for CCA patients. Thank you Twinkle and all the professionals here at Pearle.

I had an incredible experience with Pearle Vision, thanks to Karla, the amazing manager. I ordered glasses from them last year, and when my prescription changed this year, Karla helped me replace the lenses in my old pair, pick out a new pair, and even choose sunglasses.
I live in another country, so everything was handled through chat--and Karla made the whole process seamless. She was incredibly attentive: she sent me photos of different frame options, even tried on the cases to help me choose, and gave me honest, thoughtful advice on which lenses would best suit my lifestyle.
On top of that, she was so kind and detail-oriented--she included a gift of a special cleaning spray and cloth with my order.
The quality of the glasses is outstanding--I didn't feel dizzy or need an adjustment period even though my prescription had changed significantly. I've worn glasses for years, and I've never had such high-quality lenses or such warm, professional service.

First experience at this office and the best experience I have had a getting an exam over the years. I was diagnosed with a rare eye dease so going to even general eye exam can be extremely heavy for me emotionally. Karla, was amazing she showed compassion and brought so much peace during the appointment. She helped me every step of the way. Eddy, was also great he was informative and so positive. Dr. Hamel took extra time and care specific to my condition and to the rest of the staff who was very friendly and helpful down to picking out the right glasses.I left there feeling in great hands and extremely Grateful.
