LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Very flexible hours, and Richard really works with you to get the best deal possible and helps utilize your inurance benefits. I've never felt like it's been all about the $$. It definitely has the family business feel. They also have a great selection. And the staff is definitely friendly, and make you feel right at home.
