Amy and Ian were great at their jobs and extremely friendly. The process was easy, the eye exam was thorough (they check the health of your eyes which was a pleasant surprise because I was only expecting a vision prescription), and the cost for contacts and glasses beats anywhere else i've shopped.

The nearly overall 5-star rating this place has is accurate. I came in about an hour before closing to look for frames, and the staff encouraged me to try on as many as I wanted. I felt no pressure to buy, and the guy (didn't catch his name) even checked whether my local BJ's carried the one I liked. They do, but were out of stock. He advised I take a photo of the tag so I could show it to the staff when they have it again.
