Pittsfield Vision Associates

I was a patient at this practice a few years ago and had moved on to a Boston Optometrist. Yesterday I wore contact lenses for the first time in a while and couldn't get the left one out no matter what tricks I tried. Slept with it in my eye and couldn't get it out this morning. I called this office right when they opened and they fit me in right away even though I wasn't a current patient. Turns out, the contact lens had gotten out somehow but my eye was super irritated from trying. The folks and doctor at Pittsfield vision were so kind and helpful and I wanted to express my gratitude for their care.

Pittsfield Vision Associates is outstanding! They were wonderful with my young daughter for her first eye exam. Dr. Reiners and her assistant Anita were very kind and friendly to make my daughter feel comfortable. They are fantastic with kids. I highly recommend them.

This office and this team of staff, are some of the most amazing people on this Earth. Dr. Reiners is phenomenal and everyone who works at the front desk or in the eyeglass shop are also amazing as well. I was having difficulty finding a children's optometrist in the Berkshires. I heard to the grapevine that PVA works well with children so I gave them a call. They were willing to see my daughter at only 2 years old and were extremely thorough and patient with such a young child. They have been meeting with her every 6 months or sooner if necessary since then and she is now 5 years old. My daughter is excited every time it's a day to go to the eye doctor because of how outstanding this team is, and more importantly, I, as a parent, feels secure in bringing her there knowing that they truly care about her well-being and trying to take steps to make sure she has the most successful life possible. Don't hesitate for a second to take your child to this office. Thank you to the doctor and the staff for being so kind to my Junebug :-)

Jennifer was so nice and helpful in my search for new eye glasses frames

Prescription is great Dr. the best Buying frames no help on selecting can't wear them for more than three hours before I put my old glasses on. No warranty and no help with the frames. It's a shame.

Receptionist"After that, I tried calling, and she kept disconnecting the line. She is honestly one of the worst receptionists I've ever dealt with. She yells, is disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I truly hope she receives proper training, because no patient deserves to be treated that way."

My family and I have been going to Pittsfield Vision Associates forever! We are always well taken care of from the moment we walk through the door until we leave. We're greeted with smiling faces and for the most part people know us by name. Whether we're getting a routine check up, coming in to try on a new pair of glasses or any other reason, the staff there are making sure you have a stress free experience. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous are just a few of the words I can use to describe the people here. I'll never go anywhere else for my optical needs. Neither should you.

Excellent customer service provided by everyone at this office. I have a rare cornea disease and have been to multiple eye doctors in the last 3 years, Dr. Reiners and her staff have made me feel welcome and always are so pleasant with me despite my many questions. I really appreciate this office. Great patient care.
