This office use the latest up to date equipment, which makes your appointment quick and easy. He shows you what your eyes looks like and explains what he sees. He answers all your questions. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, I felt like an individual, not just a patient they wanted to rush through. The office was clean and organized, and the team was there to help every step of the way. Dr. Hentschel was phenomenal. It's not often you meet a doctor who takes the time to get to know you and truly educate you on what they are doing and why.
I hadn't had my eyes checked in a long time, so there was a lot to review. With each question and concern, Dr. Hentschel answered in detail and made sure I understood my options. He takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants to help his patients, which is especially reassuring if you're about to spend a lot on glasses or contacts. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a thoughtful, thorough eye exam.

I've been looking for a new optometrist for a while and came here after receiving a recommendation from my son. I will tell you that it is absolutely phenomenal! Doctor Hentschel is extraordinarily professional, personable, and committed to making a connection with his patient as as well as providing state-of-the-art care. I was greeted quite warmly by Kelly, the receptionist, and then had some of my initial testing done by the technician, Natalie. Both of them were also personable and helpful and professional. I then met Tammy - another asset to this practice - who is the optician and is guiding me toward making a good decision about which glasses look best! I am so glad I went there, and I will continue to go there as a result of an extremely positive experience!
