I would highly recommend Bay Eye Center. Everyone there on the staff is fantastic. I was highly impressed with Dr. Lettrick. Her bedside manner was incredible. She was so kind, compassionate and very thorough. She never made you feel rushed and she welcomed questions without making you feel small. They have state of the art equipment which makes it easy to detect early onset issues/diseases. Everyone there made you feel like a VIP patient. 10 out of 10!!

Been going to Dr. Lynch since 2006, not any more. The treatment over the last few visits have not been the best. Recently went to pick up my glasses. I was second in queue and going on 15 minutes, patiently waiting for my turn. A couple of other customers walk in well after me to pick up their glasses. They were help right away.
It's not one incident that I am no longer going there, its been a numerous things.
The person at the front desk and their condescending attitude didnt help.
