I wish we had read the reviews before wasting so much time. We waited over four months to finally see Dr. Magauran. At first, he seemed great -- caring, knowledgeable, and ready to help get to the bottom of a years-long issue with facial edema. He ordered a CT scan, and we were told it would take about six weeks. After that, things completely fell apart. For weeks, we kept calling the office -- speaking mostly with Ashley and Kayla -- who assured us the scan order had been sent to multiple locations. Then, after six weeks of back-and-forth, we got a call at 6 PM on a Friday telling us the insurance had never even approved the scan. That means it was never actually sent anywhere, despite all the promises. We have great insurance. We've now wasted five and a half months with no progress, no answers, and zero accountability. The doctor may mean well, but his office staff is completely incompetent, unorganized, and unreliable. We'll be warning others to avoid Dr. Magauran's Plymouth location unless serious changes are made. The lack of communication and follow-through is beyond frustrating -- it's unacceptable.

This is a fabulous facility and Dr. Daniel O'Connor did Cateract surgery on both my husband's eyes and he is thrilled with the results. I am now under Dr. O'Connor's care to have mine done and looking forward to the outcome! The procedure is concisely explained and we were made to feel at ease. Everyone at this facility is extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility. If you are having trouble with your vision or have trouble driving at night, why pay for another pair of glasses, Get your eyes fixed if your ophthalmologist suggests that it's right for you! And hopefully you can go to this facility. All the Best

OCB provides EXCELLENT eye care! My wife had cataracts in both eyes fixed, and I'm scheduled for surgery in January. Their clinical team is excellent - they spend time with you and will answer your questions, etc. Highly recommended.

I had been seeing an eye doctor for a whole year and was getting nowhere with my vision problems. I finally switched to Dr. Moskos in Middleboro and she told me I had cataracts. She referred me to OCB where Dr. Hu removed cataracts in each eye (one month apart), and he has changed my life. I haven't seen this well in many years. Thank you Dr. Hu and Dr. Moskos!

Our experience with Dr. Ney has been excellent. He is meticulous, takes the time to answer all our questions, and provides great care. My mom is very satisfied, and that gives me peace of mind as well. I'm grateful we were referred to him.

My first time here and I was very pleased with all aspects of my appointment. Everyone was courteous and professional and friendly. Wait times very short. Everything explained and all my questions answered.

My experience with OCB was exceptional. Everyone I encountered from check-in to checkout was pleasant and personable. The staff and physician listened to my questions with interest, answering my questions with enthusiasm and explaining everything clearly. One of the best health care experiences that I have had.

Surgery is never a task to be taken lightly. OCB has been straightforward to date and we are optimistic for a good outcome.
