Dr. Ryan Racette and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Everyone is kind, patient, and truly attentive -- it feels like a practice that genuinely cares about people, not just appointments. They also have an incredible selection of glasses in a wide range of styles and price points, so there's truly something for everyone. The staff is extremely helpful working directly with insurance, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I also noticed how thoughtfully designed the office is -- including a very clean and welcoming children's playroom, which speaks volumes about how much they care about families. Dr. Racette himself is exceptional -- so gentle, thorough, and patient. He takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. I especially appreciated the advanced imaging technology they use to take detailed pictures of your eyes, eliminating the need for those uncomfortable dilation drops that leave your vision blurry for hours. Overall, this is a top-notch practice with outstanding care, modern technology, and a warm, welcoming team. I couldn't recommend Dr. Racette and his office more highly!

This has been my eye doctor for the past 4 years and I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Ryan is great and the appointments always go smoothly. The selection of glasses that they carry are great and affordable! I would always recommend here to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

I do not leave reviews, but this office deserves a review! All the ladies, there are pleasant cheerful, all around the office is warm and cozy!! I also made a appointment me for my daughter and spread the word to my family for them to switch up.!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Racette for the past few years and he is great every single time! He is always very punctual as well as thorough during his eye exams. He is very patient and always willing to answer questions and concerns that I have. Dr. Racette along with his whole staff are very kind and helpful. Frustrating having to go through a multi-step process to get access to my own medical records at this office. The doctor makes it difficult for the front desk folks to give the patient information from their own visits. It's 2025, the office needs to have a more streamlined system for patients to be able to access their health records. Myself and my neurologist are both waiting for my exam results and Dr. Rachette is currently the hold-up. It's quite irritating.

I found Dr. Racette to be pleasant, knowledgable, and VERY thorough. His professionalism and genuine care for my eye health really stood out. I would highly recommend his services.

Make this place your new Optometrist! Let me start by saying working with this team is the best experience I've had with a eye doctor since I've been wearing glasses. This family owned practice is professional, friendly and very well run. Very short wait times, excellent prices, great selection and above all things extraordinary customer service.
