Dr Roberta Teixeira Feraco

Very unprofessional. After sitting there 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the Dr came out to tell me she doesn't do contacts for my son's age. I began to explain to her that when the appointment was scheduled I specifically inquired about the age because I was calling around and other offices were giving mixed answers on if they do the exam or not. The woman who made the appointment was at the desk and instead of being honest she lied to cover herself for giving me misinformation. She put me on hold during that phone call and asked someone and came back and said "yes it is fine as long as you think he can do it and knows to wash his hands before he puts them in". We went on discuss that he is very responsible and I believe he can handle it. She even told me it would be $149 for the exam on the day of the appointment. Why would she tell me the price of the exam if she truly told me they don't do it for his age and I'm only there to talk to the Dr? She continued to lie and be combative with me. The Dr also doesn't have any customer service skills because she continued to insinuate this woman was telling the truth when she wasn't even there. This place has zero customer service or patient care skills and avoid them at all costs. I understand most offices do not give contact exams at this age but they should not lie to get you in the door and pay out of pocket. It says a lot about a business when their employee blatantly lies over a mistake they made instead of just apologizing for providing the wrong information. Trash.

I rarely write reviews but this office has blown my expectations and the world just needs to hear it! The front desk Larissa was so welcoming since my first visit, booking your appointment is so easy and they are extremely flexible for those with a tight schedule. Dr.Roberta took her time to examine me and hear all my concerns, she explained everything so thoroughly. I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know! Thanks team keep up the good work

Come here if you want to WASTE your money. I've been coming here for the last couple of years, I did an eye exam spend over 300$ on a pair of glasses and can't see anything. Called back and they told me to purchase ANOTHER pair of glasses and it didn't help at all. Called back and they didn't care. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

My experience with Dr. Roberta Teixeira Feraco and her team was fantastic. They were kind, knowledgable and accomodating. They even remembered me when my husband went almost a year later. We've recommend a few people to her practice and they have had nothing but wonderful things to say. It was important for me to go to an independent doctor as opposed to a chain and I'm so glad I found Dr. Feraco's practice. Note - if you are an English speaker - when you call - the office manager will answer in Portuguese, all you have to do is ask to make an appointment in English and she will switch to English and acommodate you.

Very nice, educated and professional. My previous eye Dr didn't make me feel that way. Answered all my questions and even helped me pick it a pair of glasses. I'm very indecisive, so thanks.

Dr. Roberta is the best, she is all about patient care and is very nice the rest of the staff also.
