I had a truly excellent experience with Karmen at the LensCrafters location on 75 Main Street in Stoneham, MA. From the moment my eye exam ended, Karmen approached me in the most respectful and professional way. She introduced herself, made it clear there was no pressure, and simply let me know she was available to help if I needed anything -- which immediately put me at ease. As we worked through pricing and began the transaction, I asked about converting a personal pair of sunglasses. Karmen was extremely knowledgeable about the process and explained the differences between LensCrafters lens options, sharing why she personally trusts their products for vision care. She clearly knows her craft. When she explained that I would need to return with the sunglasses for proper measurements, I came back a few hours later. To my surprise, she already had everything pulled up and ready to go. Once again, she made the entire process seamless and efficient and guided me through checkout with ease. As someone who manages staff, runs a private business, and holds a full-time corporate job, time is incredibly valuable to me. My days are often overloaded, and I may look distracted at times because I'm juggling a lot. Karmen was patient, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout -- never rushed me and always made me feel supported. She is truly a superstar. 10/10 experience

Karmen at this LensCrafters located in Stoneham, MA is the best! Her kindness and personality is a definite plus. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable while I was choosing a new pair of eyeglasses. Karmen helped make my choice and the purchase stress free. I have been to this location this past summer for a purchase requested by my employer and had the same experience; helpful, informative and no issues with the purchase back then either. LensCrafters should be proud of the employees in this location.

Went to stoneham lenscrafters at Redstone not expecting to find a frame I like. Usually have to spend lots of time at several different optical shops to find something I like, but I was lucky this time and Karmen was very helpful finding a frame I liked within minutes and did not pressure me to make decision. She gave me plenty of time alone to look around and really look at the frames on my face. I'm so grateful for her help. Picking new frames is something I dread because sometimes the salesperson stands next to you the whole time you are the and you feel pressure to make decision, and that causes you stress. Karen made my visit much less stressful.!!

I really enjoy excellent customer service followed by the product or service being offered. I was so happy with Anita (and Lisa) over my visits to get new glasses. It's official: I'll never go anywhere else.

Faith and the whole team were so helpful in finding me the perfect pair of glasses. I left with a classic style and a smile on my face. They help with adjusting the glasses to fit perfectly and have a fast turn around!

The team at lens crafters were exceptionally helpful and kind. Both times that I went, the first to explore/pick out a pair of glasses, and the second time to check to see if they arrived and to get a second pair, I was blown away by the people working there. When I went in on the second time, I didn't expect my glasses to be ready, I was waiting for a notification, but I was in the area and thought I'd check while there, and since I needed to get a second pair for work. While picking out that second pair, one of the associates checked in the deliveries and surprised me with my first pair. They were so kind and thoughtful, I'll definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs new glasses -- in fact I already have!

Ordered two pairs of glasses due to 50 % discount on the second pair. Great selection of frames and lenses. Karmen was very knowledgeable and professional. Managed to find a brand just like my previous glasses to fill a new prescription.
