Arrived 10 minutes ahead of a three PM appointment and telephoned from parking lot. Was pleasantly greeted and told to come right in. Everything was fully explained before beginning each step of the exam. Everyone was professional and thorough during the exam. This was followed by my placing an order for a new pair of prescription glasses which was accomplished quickly and easily. Congratulations and thanks to all involved. A very satisfactory experience at LensCrafters.

Fairly expensive for the exam compared to my previous provider but may just be a sign of the times. Good prices for contacts, 7-10 day wait time.
