Excellent service! Dr.I is amazing, 10/10 recommend. She is the sweetest most caring doctor I've seen yet, she really cares about her patients. She will definitely work with you! Front desk was also amazing I had some issues with my insurance and they helped me out very quickly! The atmosphere is delightful as well, very modern and cozy! I will definitely stick with her and this location as well. Nothing could've made my experience more pleasant!

I made an appointment. I have been there before but it has been awhile. I was harassed with multiple and constant voicemails and text messages for over a week regarding insurance and appointment confirmation (and cancellation policy). I confirmed the appointment twice via links they sent. The continued to send VM and text messages including one that cancelled the appointment because "they could not contact me". They then started calling and texting to see if I was going to make the appointment. Someone needs to review and alter their outgoing marketing/confirmation system settings. End result - I'll find someone else and should send them a cancellation fee notice since they cancelled the day of.

I am so happy with the care from Dr Idrizovic and her team!! Dr I makes me feel so comfortable and takes the time to make sure we address all of my issues. I suffer from MGD and chronic dry eye so I had to have RF and IPL treatments with good results!! And I am always so happy with my eye exam and contact lens fitting...and with the glasses I receive. This is now my third year traveling from overseas to see Dr I...there's nobody else I trust with my eyes!

It's a great location, and the doctor is nice, but that's where the positives end. Once you're a patient, you'll find yourself paying a lot more than you expected. She suggests unnecessary procedures and claims that different parts of your exam aren't covered, which means you have to return for additional visits. She also insists that getting glasses and contacts from anywhere else isn't good enough. I fell for her contact lens trick and spent months trying to get the promised quantity of lenses that I paid for. I would highly recommend going elsewhere unless you don't care about your money!
