InFocus Eyecare Wellesley

I had a fantastic experience at InFocus Eye Care in Wellesley. As someone who has never worn glasses or contacts, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr. Anhthy put me at ease and walked me through every step of the exam. She took the time to answer all of my questions, which was so helpful. I originally thought something was wrong with my eyes, but it turns out I'm just getting older. Mystery solved! :) When it came time to choose glasses, Samantha was incredible. She helped me find frames that complemented my face shape and was genuinely honest when something wasn't working. I tried on dozens of pairs, never once felt rushed, and ultimately walked out with frames I'm actually excited to wear. Thanks for a great experience!

I had a great experience at Optical Designs! Dr. Prendeville was very professional, yet warm and personable. She made me feel at ease throughout my eye exam, taking the time to explain each test clearly and answering any questions I had. Her approachable demeanor really helped me feel comfortable during the entire process. After receiving my prescription, I worked with Samantha, the optician, and she was exceptional in every way. I've put off getting my eyes examined for years because I was nervous about wearing glasses, but Samantha truly made the process easy and comfortable. She patiently guided me through all the options, listened to my preferences, and helped me find a pair of glasses that look great and feel just right. Her attention to detail and kind, encouraging approach really helped me feel confident in my decision. The entire team at Optical Designs made me feel welcome, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you're experienced with eye care or new to glasses. Great service, great staff, and a really positive experience!

I rarely write reviews, in fact, this is my second one ever. I am doing so because the service level and overall experience was exceptional. It was my first time visiting Optical Designs (Wellesley). Samantha was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in selecting eyeglass and sunglass frames. The store has a great selection of brands and styles. For various reasons, I had to follow-up with the store when Samantha wasn't available, and Michelle and Joan assisted me on separate occasions. It was seamless speaking to all three of them, which never ever happens! I was blown away by the overall experience and I look forward to working with Optical Designs going forward and I also intend to schedule my next eye exam with one of their optometrists. By the way, my eyeglasses and sunglasses came in sooner than expected and I am delighted with them.

I have been going to Wellesley Optical for years . Dr. Prendeville is outstanding with what she does. She's extremely thorough and so pleasant at the same time. They are extremely accommodating and offer a wide array of quality frames as well. I've never been disappointed. Donna N

The new owners of Wellesley Optical r awful! It took 7 minutes for them to answer their phone. It's very clear that with the original owner, Michelle and her team were outstanding and will be sorely missed!!
