This place combines the best of old-fashioned business practices with cutting edge tech and expertise, making for a really special experience. It reminds me of going to the dentist or eye doctor as a kid. Super smart, kind, and conversational front desk administrator (Thank you, Valerie!) and lovely, personable, and highly competent clinical staff (Andrew! And Dr. Fonte!) make for a smooth and also not at all rushed experience. Just really excellent and rare. Very much appreciate you guys. Thank you!!

I would not recommend this location. I've visited twice for help with glasses I originally purchased at another MyEyeDr, and both times were disappointing. The first time, the staff seemed unfriendly, rushed, and inconvenienced by my visit. More recently, I stopped in after bending the screws on glasses to see if anything could be done. After briefly taking them to the back, the front desk asked if I "even got them here." Stunned by the tone and subtle accusation, I explained they were from another MyEyeDr location. I was then told they were "completely compromised and that nothing could be done," and that I'd need to purchase new glasses, with no follow-up or additional assistance offered. Since I'm leaving for a trip soon, I rushed to Warby Parker fully expecting to buy a replacement. To my surprise, their associate fixed my glasses in less than five minutes!! After years as a loyal MyEyeDr customer, I was very disappointed by the lack of service at this location. Being told my glasses were beyond repair, only to have a different company fix them instantly, was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The owner needs to treat their front desk better because their frustration spilled over to customers. I think customers should be treated friendly with patience, but it's easy to tell that I am not welcomed there.

My appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. The person at the reception was super negative about her day and kept huffing and puffing about everything. Not a very good impression for a person who steps in for the first time. They made me wait for more than 45 minutes until my last minute "rescheduled" appointment. If I don't have to, I will never come back here again.

Janna was the best! Great experience and worked with me to get the best savings across all the options. Recommend!
