I had a pretty frustrating experience with this office. The appointment itself started off fine, but when discussing LASIK, the doctor told me that if I had the procedure I would almost certainly need reading glasses afterward. From my understanding and research, that isn't necessarily true for everyone. When I tried to discuss it further, I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of actually being listened to. What really pushed this review to one star was what happened with my contact lenses. I specifically told them I usually order from 1-800 Contacts because the shipping is fast (usually about two days). Instead, I felt pressured into buying a year's supply directly through the office. No one mentioned that it would take nearly a week to arrive. When I called to check on the order, I was told the contacts would be ready at 10 a.m. the next day The next day I finally got a call around 5 p.m. letting me know they were in. I explained that I was traveling and would pick them up at the beginning of the week, and the staff member said that was fine and that they would be there waiting for me. I couldn't cancel the order because they used my vision insurance nor can I do a chargeback. Only afterward did I find out the office is closed on Mondays, which no one mentioned. Overall, the communication and transparency were very poor, and the pressure to buy products through the office left a bad impression. I would recommend better communication about shipping times and more respect for patients' preferences. So now due to their poor communication I am out of trial contacts and have to wear ones that I needed to replace for their office to be open Tuesday.

I want to start this review by stating that Dr. Andrew Maciaszek is wonderful! Exceptional patient experience - 5 out of 5 stars. The office staff are where my review goes downhill. I had an appointment over 3 weeks ago. The day of my appointment I purchased glasses. They stated 10-14 days they would be in and I would receive a phone call. After 2 weeks I called the office. I was told they were in but not inspected. They stated they would call me that day when they had been inspected and I would be able to pick them up. No call. No call the following day they were open. Finally I went there in person after more than 3 weeks of waiting. They were ready, no one called me. Go to this office for the doctors but DO NOT purchase your eyewear there, go somewhere else where customers are treated well.

Amazing Doctor's and Staff. Would highly recommend. Lori was wonderful to work while ordering glasses ,very knowledgeble and helpful. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Everyone seemed to work really well together and genuinely like what they do which is rare these days. Couldn't have had a better experience.

I had an amazing experience with Tracey at Myeyedr. in Westfield yesterday. She successfully adjusted my regular, backup, and sunglasses for me. Her positive can do attitude and motivation toward complete customer satisfaction were extremely impressive. She does excellent work, has a great personality, and it is fun to converse with her.

Love this office. All personnel are wonderful and very helpful. My glasses are always perfect. RJ is an asset to the team. Dr Maciaszek is very professional.

Very good service. I'm always in a better mood walking out than I was going in. Good people, good service and great smiles. What more can you ask for? (The selection of frames is good too)

I would recommend this location if you're in need of eye care. I do not see an eye Dr. on a regular basis, but had a sudden issue that needed to be checked out. When I called to make a appt, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They were able to see me quickly. When I arrived, the staff at the front desk were very professional, warm and friendly. The Dr. was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, making sure I understood each step of the way. She was very thorough and was able to diagnose what was wrong. I'm feeling relief of symptoms this next day! Thank you!

I brought my prescription from another eye doctor to have this place fill it. When I went to pick up my glasses, the optician there didn't have me sit down or adjust them. She just handed them to me.when I walked out to my car I was having some difficulty with depth perception. This continued, so I called them and went back in the next day. The optician took a lot of time with me told me that they use different material than my former lenses were, and the peripheral vision on the lenses was not as wide. she adjusted them and I went home, but I worked with them for about a week and finally gave up. I was lightheaded and dizzy and they just didn't work for me. I ended up going to a different optician. He remade the lenses for me At a greater cost. I have been having no problems ever since. I guess you get what you pay for.
