First impressions as I entered the reception area / show room were, this is a bright, warm, inviting space with wonderful architectural details that beckons you to come in and relax.
The experience continued to get even better from there. We were warmly greeted and felt welcome. Once I was introduced to Dr Camerota I was impressed with her professionalism and her outgoing personality. Her modern equipment and knowledge made my eye exam quick, painless, and effective. The difference between my current prescription and the results of her exam are a much needed improvement.
I look forward to returning to try out my new lenses and frames in a few weeks. There is a nice selection of frames and it only took a few minutes to make a choice.
It was a pleasure to meet her and her assistant. I would highly recommend others to call for an appointment.

Spent 20 minutes making appts for my kids and me. Website says they accept EyeMed and Cigna. Received a phone call later in the day indicating that they do not accept my insurance despite multiple phone calls to my insurance provider saying they are on the list of providers and their own website lists that they accept these insurances. Beyond frustrating experience for something that could be fixed by updating their website and communication with insurance providers. I shouldn't stay on the phone for hours doing someone else's job.
