Vision Associates of Westfield

I highly recommend the Vision Associates of Westfield for all your eye care. I cannot say enough about our positive experiences with the entire staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, patient and kind working with my teenage son on wearing contacts. Dr Gousy was easy to communicate with and was very professional. They have a great selection of eyewear. I have been bringing my son here for a couple years now and will continue to do so. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to my needs. Jamie was very helpful and detail oriented to make sure that I received what I needed and my new glasses were a perfect comfortable fit. I'll be back for sure!

I just recently bought my newest glasses with the help of Jamie. I appreciate her kindness and attention to detail! I recommend this office.

Changed insurance after I had a new prescription, so I cannot attest to any doctors. I did buy prescription sunglasses, and that was the probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. First visit to pick out frames: super helpful, I wasn't left to wander aimlessly. I had questions and got answers. Glasses were ready very, very quickly! Ordered them Friday afternoon and picked them up on Thursday. Second visit went better than the first. I wanted the sunglasses for motorcycle riding and the optometrist had me bring in my helmet and we did the adjustment while I was wearing it. She adjusted them perfectly, the progressive lens change was exactly where I asked for it to be. Kinda shocked, not used to having a perfect visit TWICE. Sorry for the long-winded review, but I felt it was worth telling.

The staff is always very friendly and they take great care of everything you need. Dr. Gousy is very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Took my 11 year old daughter here. Dr.Gousy was so friendly. The ladies at the front on our first visit and second visit to pick up my daughter's glasses were so nice and helpful. The man fitting the glasses my daughter chose was so helpful in getting the right fit and explaining the process to us. I haven't had this great of costumer service in a long time. Highly recommend!

Eye Doctor is nice, thorough and helpful. Front desk employees make things easy. There is a new machine for a very great price where it takes a 3D picture of your eyes instead of having to have pupils dilated with drops. I have been going here for a few years and will continue coming here. Great people, great service.
