The staff seems nice enough. I saw the actual doctor for about two whole minutes. I have been to the Northborough location and the Worcester location. Both are beautiful.
BUT they are very pushy in their sales. Both times they pushed their daily contacts. I said I would try the samples but because of cost would probably stick with the Acuvue that I've worn for years. I requested the prescription for the Acuvue to be emailed and uploaded to their patient portal. Both times I only received the prescription for the daily contacts they were pushing and had to contact them additional times to get the correct Acuvue prescription.
I understand they are trying to do their jobs and run a business but after the first experience I made sure I specifically asked (multiple people) for the Acuvue prescription to be emailed and uploaded and my request was ignored. Having to spend extra time tracking down the prescription that I requested is annoying and a little disrespectful. I'm not a huge fan of their sales tactics and will not be returning for my eye exam next year.

The technician explained the full process to me, gave me information that has never been explained to me about the eye test she performed, that I've had all my life. The doctor was friendly and explained everything very well. The front office staff was helpful and great as well. Excellent time here can't wait until my next visit! Definitely 100 star service!!!
