The Dr's at this office are awesome! I've seen them on a few different occasions for a few different reasons, and I always leave saying, "I had the nicest dr.". They don't make me feel like they're too busy to answer my questions, and they give thorough and thoughtful explanations, they are very accommodating as well.

When making the appt with the call center I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, verified my insurance and that I didn't need my insurance cards. The Friday before my appt called the call center again to verify I didn't need my insurance cards due to not having them, again was told they ran my insurances, and they were active and I was good. Get to my appt 30 minutes early where the receptionist had to call corporate because I didn't have my insurance cards due to being told TWICE, I didn't need them. After sitting and waiting for 40 minutes I was told because I wasn't having vision loss that I would need to be rescheduled. Explained to them I had a neurology appt following and I needed to be seen by eye dr first. Front receptionist seems very incompetent and about as helpful as a wet paper bag.

From past experiences of working in a medical office-I understand appointments run behind. Although, everytime my dad has an appointment they're behind. Most recently he waited over 2 hours after his appointment time. Don't have anything else planned for your day if you have an appointment here.
