I can't express enough how amazing this entire team is. We absolutely love them. Both of my twins needed glasses and svs came highly recommended. We know why! Will not go anywhere else.

Well, haven't been to an eye doctor in years.. wasn't exactly excited about it, but booking my appointment was quick and easy. Dr Hoff was fun and informative - literally made me a lifelong customer the first visit! The entire staff was helpful and hospitable and the selection was top notch! Thanks for a great experience guys...

I am so happy that I found SVS! I had the best exam ever! The doctor did a complete job. She explained to me everything as she examined my eyes. They have a nice assortment of frames. I picked my frames out and they marked for my bi-focals. My glasses were made. A couple weeks later I received a text they were ready for pickup. I went in and they. fitted me and adjusted my new glasses. Throughout this process everyone was very friendly! I WILL GO BACK FOR ANY FUTURE GLASSES!

I have been having difficulty with the Adrian office for two years now. Last year, 2024, I was told that they were not doing eye exams. I scheduled my appointment at the Ann Arbor location. We had.our glasses delivered to the Adrian location and was informed that they had not discontinued eye exams. This year I called the Adrian location on March to schedule our eye exams and reached a recording that stated they would return the call. No returned call. I called again in May to the recording once again. No returned call. In August,.or early September, I reached an actual person that Scheduled our November 4th appointment. This of course means that our next available glasses will being November 2026. We are suppose to have annual exams. Upon ordering our glasses, I was given the amount due and attempted to pay for the glasses. I set card down which was originally declined( unknown reason) I placed a second card on the table and asked the lady NOT TO RUN THAT CARD until I found the reason the first card was declined. She ignored my request and run the card anyway. Upon her return to I said that I asked her not to run that card and that she had ignored me. She refused to assist me further stating that " YOU DISRESPECTED ME". It was not I that disrespected her, but she is the disrespectful one. If this is the class of employees you desire. I WILL BE CHANGING COVERAGE.

Appt with Rebecca Hoff O.D.at Adrian Mi SVS Vision. Today I had the most thorough and most informative eye exam I believe I have ever had. I highly recommend her, very knowledgeable and very good at explaining her findings.

Dr. Hoff is professional and caring. She takes the time to explain things, in a way that makes sense. Staff is excellent, as well ! Would highly recommend!

One nose pad came off, within 5 minutes they installed two new nose pads and I was on my way. The only way my glasses could have been fixed any faster would have required a "magic wand".... Those are pretty hard to find!

Last year I had problems scheduling an appointment. No one ever answers. The eye doctor was great but I had to come back a week later to see the doctor again. I wasn't able to make the appointment and I kept calling to reschedule, even at different times of the day and it took multiple days/ weeks to finally get a hold of someone to reschedule. Yes I could've went in person to reschedule but why have a phone if no one's gonna answer. This year I decided to give it another try. Made my appointment a couple months out. I showed up 10 minutes late on accident and explained my reasoning. The rep said she'd ask the doctor if I can still be seen. Came back and said no because they were busy for the day. The place was empty. One person was inside getting glasses. I've been going here for about 10 years now and started having problems these past couple years. I feel like in the appointment reminder phone call they should state there's only a 7 minute grace period. I've been to a physician where they clearly stated being late would result in your appointment being cancelled. And if I would've known that you can't be 3 minutes pasted that 7 minutes yes I would've made sure I was on time. But then again it was on accident why I was late but I wasn't heard or understood about it and unfortunately couldn't see the doctor that day. Im also still having issues getting ahold of anyone on the phone. This place used to be nice and friendly and now it's going down hill. Go to another svs location out of town and don't waste your time.
