Thunder Bay Eye Care

I'm not happy, my prescription had to be changed after 2 days determining something is wrong. Doctor is nice, staff is nice, I have to wait another 2 weeks to get new glasses. Because of the change of prescription I am charged a $25 restocking fee. The new prescription requires a larger frame. So I have to change to a new frame. Cost is the same, but they say I am not adapting. I am very upset, I don't feel appreciated. I feel this restocking fee should have some flexibility. Bad judgement call.

I visited for an annual VSP eye exam. Staff was very professional and courteous. The Dr. met and exceeded my expectations. I thought the exam went well and I didn't feel hurried or pressured. I particularly liked that when going through the screens and it was difficult to tell the difference the Dr said to focus just on the letter "O" and that did the trick! I was offered various options but I just wanted the exam. I would recommend this office and will return again for eye Care.

Awsome staff, very friendly. Brian is amazing and very helpful in choosing the correct frames for me!! Very pleased all the way!!

I wanted a 2nd opinion because I was new to wearing glasses and was concerned about my previous eye exam at another eye care and prescription I was given. I called Thunder Bay Eye Care and I just have to say, Dr. Miller and the staff there were so helpful and incredibly nice. Dr. Miller listened to my concerns, gave me another eye exam, fixed my prescription and after leaving there, I would recommend her to anyone. I can't remember his name but when it came time to looking at the glasses I had just got and brought with me, he did what he could and thankfully I was able to use my frames and just get new lenses. He was very informative about the lens coatings or add on's like blue light, AR coatings and etc that were options. He was not pushy about any of that and he made sure I was walking out of there happy. Thank you Thunder Bay Eye Care.

I'll tell you guys this is an awesome place they go above and beyond. Anthony I just want to say thank you personally so much I was stranded three and a half hours from home with my son and no glasses to be found and my vision that makes me half blind. Anthony went above and beyond he answered my call quickly. He called me back and even left a message. And assured me a copy of my prescription would soon be with me. Which was done very quickly!! I was able to SEE when driving home...and I am sure my son appreciates that

Dr. Luongo and the entire staff at Thunder Bay Eye Care are very professional, polite, and helpful. At every turn, the staff helped us with completing paperwork, picking out frames, making appointments; no rush, just polite, friendly assistance. And, to top it off, my glasses are super!

Dr. Luongo and all of his staff are top notch professionals. Answered all my questions and were very helpful in making the decisions on the best way for me to go. Best optometry experience in my 79 years.
