I recently saw Dr Yaworksi (sp?) and she was phenomenal. The nurse I saw was so patient and kind and so was my doctor. I've never had an eye doctor show me such kindness during an eye test, and I'm finally wearing glasses after 10 years. I am so grateful to the staff here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

When my eye doctor, Robert Graham, D. O. (in Bay City, MI) told me that my cataracts would need to be removed, I was nervous to think about having surgery on my eyes, and what might happen if I didn't. I'm happy to say that due to his excellent surgical skills, my procedure was a complete success and my vision was immediately crisper, clearer and vividly colorful. Dr. Graham did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my results! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

She was a very good listener, she answered all my questions, and she offered updated information on new contacts and suggestions for trying a different type. Very professional, patient, and kind. Doctor was polite and professional. The optics department could use a refresher on basic eye contact and customer service. I'm a young guy...thought my generation were the ones unable to communicate and make eye contact.

$360 for a pair of glasses I can't use. The peripheral vision is blurry. The excuse is that it's because I have bifocals. Bifocals are only used when looking down. NO ONE I've spoke to with bifocals has said their peripheral vision blurs. My prior pair of glasses are bifocals and do not have this issue. They refuse to give me a refund. What a waste of money. Beware if you get glasses. They take no measurements and either the person who cuts the lenses is off or the lenses themselves are flawed. I will not be going back.

I had my first eye exam today since moving to Bay City. I loved my eye doctor in New Baltimore (Dr Mazey) so the hurdle was set pretty high. I was not disappointed. The young, blonde woman that checked me in was friendly and inviting. The young thin man that did my first exam was professional and thoughtful. The young, dark haired woman was okay but a bit terse. Maybe she was having a bad day. Finally, Dr burke was concerned, knowledgeable and offered me alternative options to assist me with my vision issues. I will make this doctor of my most trusted new physicians.

How ever the Receptionist are rude, and when they tell you your next appointment and u go in just for them to tell you, you don't have an appointment that day, done this Multiple times..... but I guess if the Eye Doctor is good
. That's all that matters I guess...
