In Focus Vision Center, located in Bay City is a top notch eye care establishment. My family and I have been in the care of Dr. Jessica Wagner-Jeske, O.D. from the time her practice was in Midland. She is a Ferris State University graduate, which is the premier source of optometrists. Being from Midland, it should be noted that we have no problem travelling to Bay City to receive our eye care. This is due to the fact that Dr. Wagner-Jeske is simply second to none when it comes to patient centered care. I have been to other eye care practices, and frankly many other health professionals and health care facilities, where you are treated like a commodity and processed through the facility like a production line. At the end of it all, you don't feel treated like a person and are not quite sure what the true purpose of going to the practice was meant to be in the first place. This simply won't happen with Dr. Jessica Wagner-Jeske. She will take the time to explain to you what exactly the situation is, and the approaches necessary to address it. The personal, one on one care is what I am referring to. This is something that we just don't see much of anymore, which is exactly why I am willing to drive to receive this level of care. I highly recommend In Focus Vision center because it is patient friendly, with the bonus of highly skilled and professional personnel as well as interactions that remind us that we are all people, which is what care is all about!

Dr. Wagner-Jeske and her staff are amazing! Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I have been to four eye doctors in the past ten years all of whom could not help me with my vision problems making me feel crazy. Dr. Jeske took the time to listen to all of my concerns and double checked herself to make sure her findings were correct. She uncovered several issues with my vision that none of my previous eye doctors could. I even have a follow up appointment to ensure my new prescription is working for me. Dr. Wagner-Jeske is an amazing optometrist. I have been going to her for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I am thrilled for her and the opportunity to open her own business and I am traveling 35 miles to see her. She provides an extremely thorough exam, listens to my concerns, and has open dialogue about all of it. She provides information in a way that is easy to understand and gives clear input and feedback. She is extremely personable. She is a good fit for any age.

Amazing staff! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I saw Dr Wagner a few weeks ago and my son saw Dr Strain today! Both amazing and would recommend to anyone seeking eye care!
