I had an eye exam 1/7/2025. I paid for the exam with my Citizen's Bank Mastercard Debit card. My account with them Paid in Full on the same day of service. I have not had any other service since that time. Out of no where....On 8/27/2025, $587.92 was randomly charged to my account by The Eye Place USA. I immediately called and the wife of Dr Youn, who does all the reception and accounting work, blamed it on the vendor who handles their credit card transactions. Although she admitted it is their error and does not know why this happened; she refuses to refund my money. She told me to file a dispute with my bank myself. They have had $587 of money for 9 days. In addition; she admitted they kept my credit card information on file with this company and NEVER received my authorization to do so! BEWARE!!! DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL WITH A CREDIT CARD!!! Quite a scam racket they have going on! I had to file a dispute against them with my bank and am now awaiting my bank to handle the issue. I wonder how many times they have done this to customers for smaller amounts and have gotten away with it! If you use your credit card to pay for services not covered by your insurance company; make sure you are checking your statements carefully. And, continue to check. They did this to me 8 months later. Keeping $600 in their account along with other patients money can add up to quite a nice nest egg in interest. So frustrating! I won't trust them to provide eye care either!

I had a very good experience. Appointment was easy to make. The waiting room is clean. The doctor is very knowledgeable and patient. He gave me several options based on my changed eyeball shapes, even some options are cheaper than I originally planned. I finally decided to use the most easy and cheap option per doctor's recommendation. Thank you Doctor.

Here, my daughter has been having her eyes checked and her dream lens treated for over 10 years. In addition, my family has been receiving eye care every year. Optometrist Mr. Yoon is always kind and keeps my eyes checked in detail. He has various machines to check my eyes in detail, and I especially like the frames he sells are sophisticated and unique that you can't see anywhere else.
