You could count the reviews I have done on one hand with fingers left over but wanted to do one for Dr. Portney.
Anything with eyes is very scary. Dr. Portney is the doctor you should see if you are scared. He makes you feel comfortable and you don't feel like you are a number. He is very smart but takes time to explain everything. You immediately feel like you can trust him. Only five stars were available on the review; otherwise, I would have given him ten stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spigelman for a number of years. Now that he has retired, I am with Dr. Cosgrove, who is just as wonderful. This practice is a well oiled machine! I say that in the most complementary way. They are extremely efficient and professional, kind and caring. From the front desk to my Doctor, each team member guides you along and puts you at ease throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Dr Cosgrove and his amazing team. I will forever be a patient!

This office is extremely efficent. I arrived early and was told that they would hold to appointment times, but would take me earlier if possible. I was back on the road before my scheduled appointment time! All of the staff were very polite and courteous, despite working on Christmas Eve day when I'm sure most would rather be home with their family. All of the staff were efficient in their tasks, but willing to take the time to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. I would highly recommend this office.

Have been a patient of Dr. Grey since around 1995. He is a wonderful physician. Very knowlegeable, professional and respectful. He has, what we older folks call, "a wonderful bedside manner." He diagnosed a detached retina that I wasn't aware of in 2011 during a routine eye examination. Sent me immediately to a retinal specialist who performed sclaeral buckle surgery that reattached the retina. It's been 14+ years without further issues. I highly recommend Dr. Grey to anyone needing vision care.
