I recently had my yearly checkup at this location and I really enjoyed the experience. The employees were all great to work with. They had a good variety of options and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. Patrick was especially friendly and helpful while I was trying to pick out my frames. I particularly liked the fact that while they presented me with all of my options they didn't use high pressure tactics to encourage me one way or another, which has always been an annoyance of mine. I definitely plan on having follow-up visits there! (And finally purchasing the Burberry sunglasses I had my eyes on!)

Dr. Kelly does an amazing job at administering the eye exam in a relaxed, comfortable way, and the staff on the floor is incredibly helpful when it comes to finding glasses. Jon has helped me and my husband both in finding frames that look great on us at an amazing price. Every person I have worked with at this location has been very friendly and helpful. I only have positive things to say about this place!

I've never experienced customer service on this level before. Frankie, Muna, and the entire team didn't just meet expectations, they completely redefined them. Every interaction was professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. It felt like they were invested in making sure my experience wasn't just good, but exceptional.
Saying they went "above and beyond" doesn't even begin to cover it. They turned what could have been a routine visit into something memorable and meaningful. I would happily drive out of my way just to come back to this location. This team is truly something special.
