Two different experiences at this location in the last month. Both times they were able to get me in same day and accommodate the request even though it was last minute. Today, I saw Dr. Santillan and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind, thorough and took her time in getting the bottom of why I experiencing the symptoms I was. In fact, I have been to many Optimeyes locations and she's been the first to run as many tests as she did. I never felt rushed, I was there for 2.5 hours. She ran different tests, did a very thorough eye exam, and once, she found out what the issue was, she had me trial 2-3 different contact prescriptions (with a vision check each time) until we found the right one. I am so glad they got me in today, but I am even happier than I found a new optometrist! I will definitely be returning to this location and specifically to see this doctor. The front desk staff was also super helpful.
