Dr. Wall and her staff had very professional and friendly service. Explained my insurance benefits to me and even helped me choose a nice pair of glasses! I absolutely love the vintage style of frames!

The staff is friendly, helpful, caring and has a way to make you comfortable. They are good. The doctors are there for the patients and they do a great work. Dr Morehouse has been very helpful and I appreciate all his work to help bring healing. Great place for help!

Visiting from out of town I had an eye emergency. Excellent so very knowledgeable service. Outstanding friendly staff. Highly recommend. Took care of me for 3 days until they felt I was okay to head home. Lucky to have this kind of service in your town. They care.

Customer service is really bad. First they said that my extremely expensive glasses would be in 7-10 days. It took almost 4 weeks. Then they said they would call when they came in and they didn't. I tried to call but nobody ever answers the phone. Then when I finally stopped in and got them and went back the next day to get one side adjusted because it was digging into my ear she made me wait 20 minutes for her to get don't with someone then took someone in front of me because he had an appointment. So I was expected to wait another 20+ minutes and what if someone else walked in. It would have taken a whole 3 minutes to just bend out one of my stems so I would not be in pain anymore. Not going back here again! So nobody in the whole place could have take 3 minutes to adjust. They place was full of people doing nothing! Sad customer service.

Good service - however everyone seemed extremely overwhelmed like perhaps they need more staff. The front desk girls were working overtime and seemed stressed, the doc was nice and professional (stanek) but it felt very rushed. I prefer a more relaxed atmosphere where they can spend time with you and you don't have to wait in the waiting room and then go back into the room again because they don't have enough rooms to see the patients. Feels impersonal. This doesn't say anything negative about the doctor just think they need better staffing and maybe focus more on quality vs quantity.

Had an appointment and traffic had me running 6 minutes late. There was a long line in registering. We got checked in and then sat down. they called me back up and told us my daughter can't be seen because we were 15 minutes late which we were not. So now we have to reschedule and take more time off work to make time to try to figure out why my daughter can't see. They also apologized for not calling the correct number multiple times when I finally reached out to figure out why I wasn't getting a call after the doctor referred her two times and no call to schedule. I could go on, they didn't even understand why she was there and told me that the referral had no medical reasons noted from the doctor who requested this and so it wouldn't have been covered but again said it was because I was late by 15 minutes or more. I again was 6 minutes late and they had an huge line And honestly felt like the true reason for not seeing her due to the doctor referring not giving the right medical code for the referral. That could have been fixed after the appointment. Which to me looks like they don't review their referrals to possibly ask those questions if there are any when making the appointment. Very disappointing experience just looking for help and after calling my eye doctor they will be trying to get more info to correct the referral but this office failed today to provide any service and I don't recommend them.

I "transferred" to Grand Rapids Ophthalmology because my insurance is in network with them, and then I was very impressed with what I experienced. My first visit was very streamline. I was able to easily get an appointment. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. My wait was minimal. Dr. Stanec and her technicians were friendly, thorough, yet efficient, and practical. The glasses/frames technician/expert I already knew was awesome because I had previously purchased glasses here, but was not yet a patient. From beginning to end...a solid experience.

Everything from scheduling to being seen by Dr. Stanek was absolutely streamlined. I specifically like how gentle, yet thorough she was. Her assistant was also very friendly and informative. Great experience!
