My father was sent here for his cataract surgery, he was skeptical of course, being in his 70's with diabetes. He had both eyes done here and he couldn't be happier. Dr. Krebs preformed LASIK Cataract surgery on my right eye last month. I had a grade 3.5 cataract and could barely see out of that eye. He took his time explaining my options that were available to me as well as explaining the importance of LASIK Cataract surgery and how precise and accurate LASIK is. I opted for the premium lens that is available, the PanOptix IOL, which allows me to see near, intermediate, as well as far away. Dr. Krebs restored my sight to 20/20 and I am extremely grateful to him. He is a highly educated Ophthalmologist and the only Ophthalmologist in the Tri-City area that performs LASIK Cataract surgery.
You can tell Dr. Krebs loves his field of Ophthalmology and it shows in his work. He is not only a great doctor/surgeon, but he is a kind and caring individual. His entire staff is friendly and helpful as well. If you are looking for the best Ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Dr. Krebs.

Waited a month for an appointment after verifying they accepted my insurance. Showed up and filled out all of their paper work, just to hear them say they can't charge my insurance company. They could charge for the exam but can't get me glasses, that doesn't make sense to me. I will be going to opticare in Caro from now on, they can do both.
