Horrible experience. I made sure my insurance was accepted there. And she assured me it was. Until after I got the exam and picked out glasses. Now I'm not going to have my glasses for the trip that I made sure I asked would be available in time. I got stuck with a $150 bill, that I shouldn't have to pay; for the mistake they made. My insurance would have cover if in network, she said my insurance would be covered. Very horrible way to do business. Sickening

I recently had the pleasure of becoming a patient of Dr Lounsbury and I won't be going anywhere else unless she closes shop... super knowledgeable and caring... she has some amazing technology and has the ability to show you your eyes and their blood supply within seconds... the staff is warm and welcoming and the frames and lenses are priced right!!!
