This review is written for an elderly, male patient: The Cass City office sent patient home after left-eye, cataract, follow-up visit with poorly written instructions--just hand-written list of medications (3)--no instructions. They did not confirm that patient was able to see clearly out of his right eye enough to be able to read prescriptions on eye drop boxes. When the patient returned to clinic to get better directions, an irritated staff member hastily wrote X4, X1, X4 next to the medications and sent the elderly man on his way. This is NOT how you treat elderly or ANY patient.
