My sons Dr. was very kind and great with him, very patient. He has special needs and retracts if anyone gets too close to his eye area. But thankfully she discovered a stye on the inside bottom of his eye because he is non verbal and I would have never known without her. He may also need glasses later. I am updating my review. I had intially put in a 3 star for a longer then usual wait time. Since then, they had sent a letter of apologies for the delay as well as a very acceptable explanation why we had a long wait. I was reluctant to give them anyless then 5 stars because of the great service they provide. Thanks for addressing our concerns and I am super impressed by your attention to our concern. Thanks for being so kind to our little one and helping her through this process.

I was very happy with this visit. Dr Ismail took the time to listen to my concerns and respected my insight on my own child. She worked with me as a partner in my child's health. I appreciate this approach. Previously, with a different doctor, I felt that my input was discounted, even though I am the one that sees my child and their behaviors every day. I was very happy with this appointment! She was very patient, compassionate, informative, and supportive. I definitely will recommend her to other parents.

We've been here twice so far and both times had a great experience. Our little one is nonverbal and the office staff worked well with us. Gentle patient and kind. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Office is clean. Very flexible to work with little ones whether they are easy patients or very afraid and constantly moving.
Both times we were taken back quickly and appointments running on time too which is a big plus!
