My first time here at Optim was a smooth and delightful experience. The staff that checked me in were kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Dr. Amy Jones was my eye-glass examiner and she was awesome! Dr. Amy made me feel heard and expressed genuine care for my situation. She was informative and helped me to understand exactly what I've been struggling with. She has a contagious positive spirit about her and for someone like myself who had not gotten my eyes checked in over a decade, while also getting her first prescription lenses ever..I really appreciated that experience.

Amazing location with the best professional staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I scheduled for my annual vision check and diabetes eye exam. I was provided prompt service with a smile and given lots of time to ask as many questions as needed. Montana was super nice and helpful and gave most of the testing information. She also went over all my medical history and medications which I've never had been asked before. She was very nice and then introduced me to Dr Lieberman who was very knowledgeable and helped me get my results as well as identifying my proper contacts and glasses needed. I was also able to get an advanced test to determine if I had macular degeneration or diabetic damage. I then was taken to Andrea who was a great help in fitting my contacts which I had zero problems and she was able to get my contacts ordered. Then I met Rachel who walked me through glass frames and lenses options. It was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the staff. Left with a smile knowing I received the best care.

This was my first time coming here. Everyone has shown me excellent customer service. The wait time wasn't long like less than ten minutes. The doctor was very nice. They will help you pick out your glasses if needed. I like to pick my own. I love the vibe of this place, it's like no other. Top notch, I highly recommend this business. The most professional atmosphere I had the pleasure of experiencing in all my life.

Technicians were very efficient and Dr. Moon was very attentive and efficient, explaining all procedures during my eye exam. Denisa was very friendly and picked some really nice sparkly frames for my new glasses. She listened to my color and frame type choices and I am pleased with the choices.

ELITE SERVICE. I was long overdue for an updated eye exam and wanted a new style of lens and frames. My experience was REMARKABLE. This is a one-stop-shop and from the moment I checked in and greeted with a smile, then escorted to a waiting area, which I only sat down for less than 5 minutes before the technician came and got me. The tech was helpful, professional, and extremely pleasant. I waited about 15 minutes for my eyes to dialate, and the Doc came in to complete the exam. She was also extremely smart, professional, kind and caring. After exam, my experience with the gentleman who helped me select my frames and lens was courteous and had a nice eye for detail (pun). I was extremely happy with his style recommendations and went with one of his selections, and I am very happy with the outcome. This place is top notch. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend to another person in the market. THANK YOU. UPDATE - I returned to OE bc I was not satisfied with the hue/tint on my lenses, this was after several weeks since accepting delivery of my frames, and Josh the manager OK'd a replacement, which was fantastic. The nice young lady who assisted me throughout the process was named Mumtaz and she could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The location has an amazing vibe. This place truly is a remarkable breath of fresh air in a hyper-capitalist post-modern ultra-consumer world we've created for ourselves. (Yuck) This place is a GEM !!

First time expression is everything! , May I say Optim Eyes at Henry Ford staff knows what it mean. The customer service was great, starting from check-in with Sandra and check out with Shante. The check in rep was able to book my son an appointment that same day, due to cancellation calls. I was very pleased! Also, the Doctor took her time and explain everything I needed to know about reading glasses. The Tech who worked along side the doctor that brought me to the exam room was very pleasant. Shante, was very polite/patient and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses that fits my face frame. Overall, I will recommend this location, because of its customer service and glasses selection.

Great experience. They were very busy at my appt time and I had an extra eye test performed. Very long appt. 2 hrs in total. Everyone was great from greeting at front desk by the manager to exam to dr to selecting glasses at the end. Great experience. Very thorough.

Staff is decent. Wait times can be long even with an appointment. Nice selection of glasses. Staff seem too busy joking around with each other instead of checking on the patients. And they're quite loud when joking, where patients can hear it from the rooms. It's fine to have fun, but when you're busy maybe wait off on having fun until it slows down. A basic eye exam shouldn't take almost 2 hours. Walked in at 450, left at 630. I was in the exam room until 613. This is absurd. Also should not be $160 to add blue light and anti glare to glasses. Other establishments include it or it's much cheaper. Dr Moon and Moe were great though that's the only reason I'm giving this place 1 stars. Beyond pissed to not have been given a copy of my prescription after my exam. They're legally required to do that! Won't be back to this eye dr again, only coming back to get my glasses when they're ready and get my prescription I'm legally entitled to
