I think everyone was very knowledgeable! The doctor and the girl in the room where they put the air puff in your eye were very kind and listened to my concerns and helped me with different solutions. The darker skinned lady and the gentleman with the glasses helped me pick out a great pair of frames with being super honest on which frame would work well with my lenses and which looked best with my face shape, skin color, etc etc. 10/10 experience! I will come back again if I have any concerns.

Beyond the excellent service, the eyeglass repair expertise here is top-notch. They handled a tricky repair on my glasses quickly and flawlessly, restoring them perfectly. It's clear the technicians are highly skilled and meticulous.
What truly sets this store apart, however, is their inventory. I was genuinely amazed--and grateful--to find that they carry the rare Meta Gen2 Smart glasses! As a tech enthusiast, being able to see and purchase these locally was a huge, unexpected bonus.
This is a phenomenal combination of old-school craftsmanship (in repairs) and forward-thinking inventory. I am very impressed and will definitely return for all my future eyecare and eyewear business. Highly recommend!

Love coming to this location in Partridge Creek. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Mary Beth was top notch. She was very patient and was not pushy which I appreciated. Went to this Partridge Creek location today on New Year's Day. Enter the store two older women was there. The taller one was the one that assisted me in looking for some Ray-Ban generation. 2 wayfarer she automatically assumed I wanted generation 1 and was quick to say oh. We don't have no more generation 1's when we are out of them so I corrected her and let her know I was looking for generation 2. I then sat down to try on the Ray-Bans asked her cuz she assists me with listening to the music she came over as if I was an inconvenience I can look at her body language and tell the way she walked over to me she also was not very informative with questions I was asking. She just was looking at me like I was stupid so I will not return and I will make my appointment and buy my glasses elsewhere like in Troy if people can't work in customer service just don't do it. Don't be rude

Fun fact: HIPPA restricts LensCrafters from providing prescriptions electronically, but anyone can come in and request a prescription print without confirming DOB, nor ID, nor any other identifying information other than the patient's name. How is that not against HIPPA? Will be reporting this business ASAP. Keep your information safe and secure, move on to another provider.
