Hello, I wanted to share feedback from my visit today. The eye doctor and the staff who helped me with frames were professional and kind.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience was uncomfortable from the start, including the greeting. When I handed a one hundred dollar bill for payment, the receptionist appeared upset, made a comment about it, and then completed the transaction without speaking to me or confirming I was all set.
This is not the first time I have experienced an uncomfortable interaction at the front desk, and it takes away from an otherwise positive practice.
