I went here for an eye test and new pair of glasses. The Dr was super nice. When selecting my glasses the lady was no longer friendly after I stated I wasn't buying the extras. No biggie, I moved on with the day. I picked up the glasses after a few weeks and they're completely unusable. After cleaning with their supplied cleaner and cloth, the lenses are still so cloudy I see better without them on. I called and couldn't get ahold of anyone, so I left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back. I'm assuming it's past the time of being able to reconcile the issue, but they got what they needed! Don't waste your time here.

Davison Vision Center provides excellent care overall. Dr. Coriasso is knowledgeable and truly great with patients, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with "R" at the front desk was very disappointing. She was rude, condescending, and repeatedly talked over me when I tried to ask questions. When I brought the rudeness to her attention, she escalated her awful behavior to the highest level before disconnecting the phone during our conversation. That level of customer service was unexpected and unacceptable. "R" could greatly benefit from training if she continues working in a customer-facing role. Despite years of going there, and the professionalism of Dr. Coriasso and most of the staff, I will not return to an establishment that employs and condones such staff behavior. Note: Dr. Cariasso offered a refund on the lenses. Unfortunately, he lost a long-time customer based on the immaturity of one staff person.

Dr Coriasso is the best Optometrist I have ever seen. He does a full exam, and answers questions.

Great place! Staff friendly. Doctor very thorough. Guy that helps you pick out glasses Is very helpful and helps you choose the right one and is informative! Highly recommend this place for your vision needs! Prices are very competitive

I was very pleased with the experience I had while ordering my new glasses. The associates there were very professional and helpful and went out of their way to assure that I was totally comfortable with the glasses that I chose.

My first time there.my glasses where kinda broken off and 1 of the reception worker fixed it less than a half hour didn't know her name but was the red headed one .I truelly thank her she said to me ..there was no! Cost to me .that made my day again thank u very much .=)

Both staff and Dr. were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough.
