This place was very nice. The people were very helpful, nice, and professional. Very clean place. I really appreciated Maria's help picking out my glasses. Doctor Knight was very nice and addressed the concerns that my husband needed. Took the time to talk with us and explained as much as he could of what was needed to be done. Thank you very a really good experience.

Customer service is wack gave them a second chance and its been nothing but issues first pair they did couldnt wear they messed up the frames so bad trying to fit now been here 3 time to get new glasses and still not here but they called to let me know they were... if you have no choice it is what it is but if you can go elsewhere I would recommend that

Dr Knight and his staff are wonderful! The Receptionist is a Gem! I made sure to let Dr.Knight know this. She is full of life and I was excited to visit their office because she was so nice over the phone. They were fast, thorough and referred me to a great specialist for my severe dry eye. They have great selection of glasses and designer frames as well.

The staff at Davison SVS is amazing. Great service. Very helpful. 10/10!!

I have been going to SVS vision for many years because I really trust Doctor Knight with my sight. He is thorough, professional, and friendly. He even puts up with my goofy sense of humor. After all of these years I had my first bad experience in Davison. I received a call that my contacts were ready for pick up so I drove there last Saturday to get them. I got there at around 2:40pm only to discover that the store was closed even though the sign on the door says they are open until 3:00pm. I called today and asked what time their store closes on Saturday and was told 3:00pm. I told the woman that I tried to pick up my lenses and asked what time they closed on Saturday and she said 3:00pm if we have enough staff. After this back and forth I said I guess I'm going to have to call and make sure your business is actually open and she said that sounds like a plan. She was rude and obviously could not care less with regards to how far I drove to get there or the amount of money I paid for services.I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she is the supervisor. That kind of couldn't care less attitude made me angry but I kept myself in check out of respect for my doctor. Dear supervisor please take the sign off the door and just put a sign there that says open whenever good luck. If it weren't for my doctor, I would never come back there again. I will be coming back to pick up my contacts and will be requesting a conversation with you. Perhaps I can give you some pointers on how to treat your customers with respect and dignity.

Staff was rude and only for the rich they wanted 370 out of pocket for jut new lenses with insurance we never return to this place got the same service from another place with frames for half the price

I took my daughters here for eye exams! The staff was amazing, very kind people! Am definitely going to come back here again
