Harris Eye Care

One of the best eye doctors I've been to, in my 15 yrs of wearing glasses. Very down to earth and personable! Staff is also super kind and friendly. I've gotten several pairs of prescription glasses from them and they're always great! The first time I ever went there was when I first moved to the area, and had accidentally gotten hair bleach in my eye and still had some irritation after rinsing. They got me in the very next afternoon even though I was a new patient to check my eye out and get me prescription eye drops to aid in healing. Been with them ever since!

I had been a long time patient of this office for many years without issue - the level of care seemed adequate and the office staff friendly enough. Unfortunately that had to change when I discovered that an office worker released my prescription to an unauthorized person, completely unrelated to me. This individual proceeded to cause quite a hassle when attempting to retrieve it - leaving me overwhelmed and feeling like my privacy had been violated. Medical information, medications, and medical devices should NEVER be given to unauthorized people for this very reason. Due to the privacy violation and the ensuing mess it created, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this office. For future patients' sake I hope they take further steps to protect patient privacy.

I went for my first visit in almost 4 years after being in a severe car accident and suffering an injury to my right eye. Due to the pain endured etc, I was extremely anxious and reluctant to see any eye doctor in fear of it causing more pain. However, I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Harris' office ,his staff, the environment, etc! I was greeted by extremely sweet and welcoming front desk ladies, even though I was almost 15 minutes late! They were more than accommodating and kind to myself and my daughters. Through the testing with the assistant, she was also very kind, patient and easy to talk to. Upon meeting Dr. Harris, I was immediately at ease. He has a very down to earth personality that would make any patient feel at ease. We were all making jokes and he answered every single question I had with patience and very thoroughly. At the end of my visit, he assured me to always call any time if anything ever came up and that his messages are linked to his cell phone so he will see if someone leaves a message on the answering machine. I will be going to this office for the rest of my life, my whole family will! I highly highly recommend everyone else does too!

I absolutely love Harris Eye Care. I have been going to Timothy for almost 20 years and would never trust my eyes to another. The girls in the office are a pure delight to work with, they always make sure you are happy with your fit and go the extra mile or two whenever needed. Warm, friendly, and comfortable, this is the best eye care experience you will ever receive.

Dr. Harris is simply a good person with a staff that cares. He will go above and beyond and even order you emergency glasses just prior to a big family road trip, cut em himself and get us on the road.. seriously saved the day. I'd recommend this place for eye care all day to anyone who asks.

shout out to Harris Eye care in Davison mi.. I been wearing glasses over 40 yrs. Dr Tim Harris and his team are fantastic. very in-depth eye exam and answers all my questions.. no pressure and no rushing around to get you going.. Very professional and Kind..that means alot to me..

With trepidation I entered the world or eye glass wearing. I chose Harris because it was near my home. The eye doctor was excellent and very compassionate and caring. I made the mistake of choosing lenses and frames from the eye glass store. My $400 frames were falling off my face in day one. Eventually I also couldn't see out of the lenses and proceeded to get my eyes examined at a different location. My prescription did not change but it turned out that the lenses "failed" (their term, not mine) and replacement lenses were ordered. I begged that my glass frames be adjusted and repaired as one of the arms eventually came off! (I've been using a pair of $20 Walgreen cheaters/readers for computer work, which I wear way more often than my $400 pair used primarily for driving). My issue is: the $20 Walgreen frames/pair that I've owned longer than the $400 pair (owned for less than 2 years) are in great shape (they stay on my face day one & the arms are just as secure as the day I bought them). The $400 Harris purchase was a disaster! Asking for help has now deemed me as "complaining"! Signed Sad Eye Wearer
