Okay, they started off with an great impression by being able to accommodate the time I wanted. Then it slowly started to fall down hill; when I came in I was not greeted it took them a very long time to acknowledge me. There was no one sitting at the desk for me to check-in for my appointment. Then they recommended some odd test in which was not included in the promotional deal. When I went in to be seen the performing technicians were not very friendly. Although, the staff helping you to find the glasses were very helpful. After finding 2 that I liked, the suggested prescription was $400 and I was paying cash. I was very baffled, so I told them I wanted whatever the promotional deal entitled; I still paid almost $200. I've been waiting a while for the glasses to come in (get the call to pick up) and I never received a call, so I took it upon myself to call them. The lady says oh yeah we have 2 pair of glasses ready for pick up.... Oh, okay why wasn't I notified???? Will not be going back...

Great experience! Just wanted the 2-pairs of eyeglasses special for $69.00. I got the deal with no pressure to buy upgrades. Very good experience. Will recommend to all of my frienss.
